Plans and billing
- The Mastermind: €19.99 / $19.99 / ֏7,900 per month, or €49.99 / $49.99 / ֏19,900 every 3 months.
- Beyond Mastermind: €49.99 / $49.99 / ֏19,900 per month, or €124.99 / $124.99 / ֏49,900 every 3 months.
- The currency depends on your location: USD in the United States, AMD in Armenia (processed by ACBA Bank) and EUR everywhere else.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
14-day full refund guarantee
We want you to join with confidence. If Business Beyond Borders isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, as long as you haven't used the membership benefits yet.
You have "used the membership benefits" once you have done any of the following:
- attended a live session, panel discussion, livestream or event, or watched its recording;
- opened or downloaded member-only materials (videos, infographics, guides, templates);
- received a 1-on-1 introduction or matchmaking from us;
- posted in the members' networking chat or engagement pod, beyond a first introduction message.
Once benefits have been used, the payment for the current billing period can't be refunded. You can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
For 3-month plans, the guarantee covers the whole 3-month payment within the first 14 days under the same conditions. Unused months are not refunded once benefits have been used.
A refund is available once per person. Membership access ends when the refund is processed.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email ms.sargsyanmariam@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Immediate access (EU and UK consumers)
Membership gives you digital content and services straight away. By completing checkout, you ask us to start immediately and confirm that you understand you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using the membership, as far as the law allows. The 14-day refund guarantee above still applies on its own terms.
Community guidelines
Members are expected to be respectful and professional. Contact details and introductions shared in the community are for networking only. We may remove members who spam, harass others or misuse other members' information, without a refund.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell members by email before changes affect a paid period.
